Job description
We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven Project Sales Specialist to join the Devmark team. You will be the bridge between Devmark's developer clients and the broker community, ensuring brokers are consistently briefed, engaged and motivated to present our projects to their buyers.
The right person will build and activate a broker network that consistently drives project sales across our exclusive luxury off-plan portfolio. This is not an entry-level opportunity, we are looking for someone with a proven track record in the UAE off-plan market who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, activate and maintain a strong network of broker relationships across the UAE. Understand each broker's buyer profile and consistently match them with the most relevant projects in the Devmark portfolio
- Deliver compelling, story-led project presentations and briefings to brokers, going beyond product features to articulate the developer's vision, investment case and competitive positioning in a way brokers can confidently repeat to their buyers
- Initiate regular, structured outreach to brokers via phone, in-person meetings and digital channels to introduce new projects, maintain top-of-mind awareness and follow up on active opportunities
- Own and manage a live broker pipeline tracking interactions, follow-ups and opportunity status to ensure nothing falls through the gaps and momentum is consistently maintained
- Stay current on market trends, competitor projects, developer positioning and broker sentiment. Use this intelligence to sharpen your pitches, anticipate objections and provide relevant insights to the wider sales team
- Work closely with Devmark's sales and marketing teams to align on project launches, broker engagement campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Provide regular, accurate updates to the Director of Sales on broker activity, pipeline status, project interest levels and sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales in the UAE
- Strong existing broker network
- Strong knowledge of the UAE luxury off-plan market including key areas, developer positioning, pricing dynamics and competitor landscape
- A track record of consistent performance with specific, quantifiable sales results you can speak to confidently
- Additional language skills are an advantage given the international nature of the UAE broker community
